Aileen's Chocolate Pudding

- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Boil the kettle. Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl. Melt the butter, and with the milk, add to the dry ingredients. Spoon into baking dish (20 cm deepish dish). Spread over brown sugar, cocoa and pour on the boiling water. Bake 50 minutes.
Traditionally served with milk.
