1 slab


  1. Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder.
  2. Melt butter and golden syrup together.
  3. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Cook in a slab tin for 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Ice with: 1 Dsp cocoa, 1 tsp butter, hot water, dribble of vanilla, icing sugar.
