Brown Stuff
1 slab
- 1 cup crushed weetbix (about 4)
- 1 cup cocoanut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 raised dessertspoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 175 g butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder.
- Melt butter and golden syrup together.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Cook in a slab tin for 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
- Ice with: 1 Dsp cocoa, 1 tsp butter, hot water, dribble of vanilla, icing sugar.
