Wet ingredients


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F / 165 C, line 8x8” (20x20cm) pan with paper.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in salt, sugar and chocolate chips.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk wet ingredients together.
  5. Add wet to dry and stir/whisk together.
  6. Bake 45 minutes.
