Brownies – Ghiradelli Inspired

Dry ingredients
- 1/2 C cocoa (dark - makes for rich&dark brownie)
- 1/2 C // 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 g sugar
- 1 C chocolate chips
Wet ingredients
- 2/3 C vegetable oil
- 1/3 C // 1/3 C + 2 Tbsp water
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 325 F / 165 C, line 8x8” (20x20cm) pan with paper.
- Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder in a large bowl.
- Whisk in salt, sugar and chocolate chips.
- In a small bowl, whisk wet ingredients together.
- Add wet to dry and stir/whisk together.
- Bake 45 minutes.
