Chocolate Sauce
- ½ cup golden syrup
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 100 g butter
- ½ cup cream
Put all the ingredients in a pot, plus half a cup of water. Heat very gently until everything is melted, then boil for 2-3 minutes. Strain through a sieve before using.
