Cinnamon Pinwheel Scones


Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Grate in the butter, rub a little. Mix in enough milk to make a soft dough. Do this as quick a possible. Preheat to oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about half a cm thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, about half a cup sugar and a few teaspoons cinnamon. Roll it up, seal the edge with milk. Flour a tray, and bake for about 10 minutes.
