Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs and then put in the previously mixed dry ingredients. Lastly add the milk. Put teaspoons of the mixture on a cold tray and bake 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Make the icing by putting the icing sugar, butter and cocoa in a pot and melting together.
