Coconut Trembler
- 500 ml coconut cream
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 125 g sugar
- 10 g powdered gelatine
Place coconut cream, cream, milk, vanilla and sugar in a pot and bring to the boil. Leave to cool for 5 minutes then stir in gelatine. Pour mixture through a fine sieve and cool. Pour into moulds and refrigerate until set.
