Fish Pâté
- 250 g hot smoked piece of Warehou
- 1 punnet cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- lemon juice
- chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Flake fish into large pieces and squeeze the lemon over. Add cream cheese, mustard, parsley, and mix well. Add further lemon juice to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sliced French bread.
