Helen’s Shortbread
A family recipe from Helen
- ½ lb butter
- 1/2 C castor sugar
- 1 pkt ~ 70 gr ground almonds
- 1 ½ C flour
- ½ C cornflour
Cream butter and sugar until white. Add ground almonds, add sifted flour. Form into log, slice and place on baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
