Lasagne
- Bolognaise sauce (see spaghetti bolognaise)
- Beschamel white sauce (see macaroni cheese)
- Butter for greasing
- Pasta sheets
- Grated Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thickly smear the bottom of the lasagne pan with butter. Place a sheet of pasta (prepared as instructed on the packet) in the pan. Combine the meat sauce and beschamel sauce, and put a thin layer on top of the pasta sheet. Sprinkle on some Parmesan. Repeat the process, ending with a very thin layer of meat sauce. Bake on the uppermost shelf of the oven for 10-15 minutes, until a golden crust forms. If this doesn't begin to form in the first few minutes, turn up the heat. Remove from the oven and leave for 10 minutes.
