Lemon Delicious Pudding


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Separate the eggs, leaving the yolks in a large bowl and the whites in a medium sized bowl. To the yolks, add the sifted flour, the sugar, melted butter, lemon juice and zest. Whisk the egg whites till stiff but not dry. Whisk the yolk mixture until smooth. Add the milk and stir thoroughly. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into a buttered soufflé dish or small casserole. Place the dish in a pan of hot water and bake for about 30 minutes. If the top is getting too brown cover it loosely with foil. Serve with cream.
