Pasta with Orange Tomato Sauce
- Canned whole tomatoes
- Knob of butter or splash or olive oil
- Half an onion
- Chop tomatoes into a pot, add butter and the half onion, bring to the boil then simmer gently until the oil separates from the tomatoes.
- Remove onion
- Blend sauce up, giving it a characteristic orange colour.
- Serve with pasta of your choice and Parmesan
