Pork and Apple Plait


  1. Preheat oven to 200 fan bake or 220 standard
  2. Use General Mince method, but with soft breadcrumbs and pork mince
  3. Shape mince into rolls on pastry, cut pastry (diagonal lines)
  4. Place apple (peeled, cored and cut in thin slices) on rolls.
  5. Fold over pastry
  6. Bake plaits for about 40 mins, until golden brown. Remember to turn the oven down to about 180 after 15 mins.
