Rice Pudding
- 3 tbsp short grain rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 575 ml milk
- 4 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- A pinch of salt
Put everything in a pot, slowly bring to the boil, lower the heat to a simmer and cook gently for 30 minutes or longer. While the rice is cooking, use a wooden spoon to carefully stir. Push down from the sides of the pot to prevent sticking.
