Sophie's Chocolate Cake

Cake
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 3-4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 150 g butter
- 2/3 cup water
Icing
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp water
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ tbsp cocoa
Beat together the eggs and sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla. Melt together the butter and water, and add. Cook 35-40 minutes on 200 degrees. For the icing, boil the ingredients together then pour on while hot.
