Thai Chicken Curry
- 1 tbsp green curry paste
- ½ can coconut milk
- ½ can chicken stock
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Thai basil, lemon grass and lime leaves
- Raw cubed chicken
- 2-3 courgettes, chopped
- Combine curry paste, coconut milk and stock in a pot. Heat well
- Add other ingredients.
- Leave on low/medium for 20 minutes
- Add courgettes and cook for another 5 minutes
